I weighed in this morning and I was a total of 12 pounds down and 2 pounds down from last week. My goal in the previous weeks was actually to lose a total of 5 before this weekend. I still have 3 to go if I want to make that goal.
I’ve been on a quest to workout everyday in the month of March and April. It’s been making me happy.
Mind you, this is after February where I gained back pounds that I lost before.
