Hot Damn, I’m down 2 pounds in a week for a total of 11 pounds down. Yippie!!
I passed that 10 pound mark and I’m very happy. This week I noticed that I did not snack as much as previously simply because I was too lazy to go to the store and get snacks. I really just picked better food choices this week. It’s getting easier to be conscience about what I eat.
Honestly, I didn’t make my 3,500 calories burned either. I burned about 3200… Mind you, I only count the calories burned when I’m actually working out. I don’t count total calories burned throughout the day.
Anyhow, I’m happy and next week’s goal is 2 pounds. I’m hoping to lose a total of 37 pounds by New Years.
